i received provisional acceptance junior year with a 1260 sat score. all the other people from my high school who got provisional as well have already heard back from clemson, many of them as early as december. i'm starting to get worried. my act score is a 31 but my gpa dropped last year due to a number of things, one of them being a bad accident that kept me out of school for over a month. now its only a 3.3 and 3.8 weighted. my grades this year have been great, nothing under a 95 including ap classes. i just looked at my provisional acceptance letter (yes, my mom saved it) and it says that they wont notify until the week of feb 15, so why has everyone else found out so early? and, does this mean im for sure not getting a scholarship?

i wouldn’t stress too much about it. Most of my friends who applied to Clemson have not gotten replies back. If you’re seriously worried, I’m sure you could email/call an admissions officer; otherwise, wait till decision week.

I wouldn’t worry about it till February 15th (since that’s when they said they would notify you so just keep them to their word for now). I have no idea how scholarships are handed out but it seems that most of the big scholarships are given out before February 15th

All CU freshman applicants considered automatically for scholarships, esp. if applied by 12/1, & score 1350SAT/31ACT + top 10% in class!
