<p>I submitted my Regular Decision app to Penn on 11/15th. Still no acknowledgement from Penn. Has anyone else who applied around that time received their penn portal?</p>
<p>Um, dude. Penn's deadline for RD admissions isn't until the first of january. They are still looking through ED applications, there is no way they are going to start regular decision applications for a while. Wait another month or month and a half to be worried about not recieving a penn portal.</p>
