yeah trying to stay positive but the wait is getting to me. I don’t think smart phones are good for practicing patience;)

@SFpsyc I just realized CSUs are harder to get in these days…I got multiple admission offers from top 100 national universities, but completely blind out from SFSU. The wait is real.

I’m still waiting too. I know, no help, sorry.

Keep checking their portal guys! I applied last year as a transfer for psych with a 3.3 GPA and got in, but they don’t send out acceptance letters or even email you to let you know, thus I never knew I was even accepted until I decided to check for the hell of it. Ended up deciding on UCSB for those wondering so it didn’t really matter, but I think it’s weird that they didn’t let me know.

I got my acceptance letter back in March, I applied to the International Business major. No sure if the major you applied to makes a difference in when you get notified.

@jrMiles International Business is not impacted at SFSU, that is the reason why you hear back so quick. For impacted majors like accounting, psychology, and etc… we are still waiting…

@foodandliquor By chance do you recall around when it was you discovered your admittance? early/mid April? just curious. I’m going bonkers waiting.

I still havnt heard back yet. However, they are telling me to complete some forms for financial aid.

any updates?

@chinaboi415 nope, still ‘incomplete’

I just got an acceptance packet in today for electronic media communication

Portal says accepted as well

congrats @movieguy

any updates you guys?

I recently heard impacted majors might be posting decisions by the end of next week. Hang in there!

oh no, my status says ‘complete’ now? I’m assuming that means rejected?? dang, pretty shocked:(

@SFpsyc I don’t think so… Maybe their like close to making their decision. Keep praying and keep your hopes up!! :)

@SFpsyc off to the side does it say Sign up for orientation?

@Minty1994M yes, but I don’t think you can sign up until you accept admittance. I think complete is basically a closed file. Hope you get better news!

Good luck folks!

@SFpsyc I do not think “complete” means a closed file. Mine says completed as well. Oh well, I might as well call them to find out next Monday…

Edit: Okay, I honestly don’t think “complete” = rejection since all impacted majors require applicants to apply for alternative major? My 2nd choice is Finance, and last time I checked Finance is not an impacted major…What I’m saying is AT LEAST we should get in our 2nd major right?
