still nothing = rejection?

My freshmen and sophomore years I had mostly A's, some B's, and one C per semester.

Last year I had mostly B's a couple A's and one C...for both semesters.

This year I think I've really changed and for first semester I got all A's. And I got better at balancing my extra-curricular music stuff with my academics. Do you guys think I should do the appeal?

If I do it...I'm probably gonna spend most of this week editting with my english teacher, journalism friends, and tutors.

Last year USC recieved around 580 appeals...9 of them got into the fall semester, and 21 more got into the spring. Says my USC rejection letter.

That's too much of an assumption for me to truly get into.

no honestly,

some people back in march was able to log in but didn't get their letter..

a few days later, the letters all arrived. every single one of them.

I sure hope so.

i didn't get anything from USC today... (although I live in southern California...)

maybe it is a good thing i didn't get anything from USC today since i got my rejection letters today from ucla (which i already knew about) and nyu (i thought i was in... since it was my match school... wasn't gonna go there anyway...so w.e.)

so i am just waiting for my USC decision... if i get in great! if i don't... i'll go to uci and transfer to cornell the following yr...

When can you start transferring? Can you apply again to USC after your first semester in college? Or do you have to transfer to USC as a junior?

** can someone give us more info about transfering?**

Let's say you transfer the end of your freshmen year,
do you still need a High SChool transcript?

ahhhhhhhhh ^^

I think you just need to finish two semesters of English to transfer... and u still need to send in the high school transcripts i think... i read it a while ago... so i don't really remember...

Info about transfering: http://www.usc.edu/admission/undergraduate/admission/transfer/

^

That Means I Have To Work Hard My Senior Year?!!!!!!

I think it means you just have to work hard to get 5's on your APs.

rejected.. fab.

ya me too... i guess that's it, i have to go to chapman... oh well they're giving me a scholarship good aid, and it's a great film school according to a lot of people.... maybe i can transfer...i dont really know, i think this is the end of cc for me.

scarletstar...you will never know how many people were pulling for you and believe in you and know you will be so totally sucessful that it will be scary....you are a shooting star.....usc is the loser for not grabbing hold of you when they had their chance...I know your name will be up in lights one day soon!.....I hope we cross paths someday....good luck!

Daughter was rejected from SC last year and is very happy at the University of Washington. Niece was rejected two years ago. She went to LMU, did great and didn't tell anyone she applied to SC as a transfer. She got in; is a soph there and is happy as a clam. If you are really in love with SC I strongly suggest going to a school that you will do well at and transfer...maybe in the end you will find a school you love (and decide not to try to transfer like my d;) or you will work hard and be able to transfer...either way...enjoy!!

ohh great, just came from my weekend trip at Disneyland and found in the mail 3 rejection letters... Rice, Cornell, and USC!!!!!!!!!! Can life be any more horrible?

where do you live taniuxka20?

i'm sorry.

today's a bad day for everyone.

good bye CC.

this is depressing
