Has anyone still not gotten an interview yet?

I haven’t gotten one either! but I live outside the U.S.

I thought the interview is required, right?

Yeah, it said it’s required. Well, maybe since you live outside the US, that’s more of a reason for the interview not getting to you yet? But me…even though I’m an international, I still live in the US…I just hope we both get one by mid-March

I’m actually getting worried…
do you think we should e-mail the admission office and ask about this?

I just found this on the official website:

The Part I (the Personal Data Form) of the Georgetown application triggers the alumni interview, and the interviews are assigned between September and March.

[Georgetown University- Office of Undergraduate Admissions](http://uadmissions.georgetown.edu/aap.cfm)

@Kujalulu: Depending on where you live, there might not be an alumnus around to meet up with you, either because they’re all busy or because there simply aren’t any Georgetown alums nearby. Whatever the reason might be, you won’t be penalized in your admissions decision as long as you’ve turned in the requisite materials for an interview in a timely manner.

well I just got feedback from the admission office, and it is said that my interview has been waived because of the reasons srrinath described.

they work pretty efficiently.:)
