Still possible to double major after failing prerequisite?

So I have not been going to class and I will almost certainly get an F for Math 54, meaning I will have to retake the class next semester. I was planning to double major in CS and Applied Math, but is that possible given the failure of a prerequisite, even if I retake it? My current GPA is ~3.5.

Also, I am actually taking the honors version of Math 54, and it isn't offered next semester. Will taking the normal, non-honors version actually replace the grade, given that they aren't exactly the same course?

I'm afraid I may not even get into the CS major, because on their site is says "L&S students may petition to enter the L&S CS major once they have have completed the seven technical prerequisites (below) with a GPA of 3.0 or higher." Will the failed course be factored into this gpa calculation, even if I retake it?

Thank you so much

Talk to an advisor. You should have P/NPed it and retook it. Also, you should not have taken an honors class.
