<p>You have an excellent chance.</p>

<p>Unlike Minnesota, you apply to the University as a whole - it does not matter that your intended major is biomedical engineering. You will eventually apply to biomedical engineering after prerequisites are completed.</p>

<p>There are many engineering scholarship opportunities, especially for females (couldn’t tell your gender :slight_smile: )</p>

<p>They state January 15th as the notification date for those who have all of the application materials in by Nov 1st- you have to be patient.</p>
