STILL waiting for high school transcripts

I have submitted my completed application to all
four major public schools in Florida and all have
received my high school transcripts except for UCF.
When I call, the receptionist are *****XS and their
emails go unanswered.
Anyone else ???
Thanks

Yep! Sent mine 3 weeks ago, got impatient so I asked them what to do and they suggested I fax it. Then after a week of faxing it I told them that it still said nothing was received. Then they told me they cannot accept a faxed copy. So now I am picking up yet another set of transcripts from my school on Monday and overnighting them myself. I just keep losing more and more hope over this school.

I sent mine september16th first electronically, USF had them by that monday. UF has them as well. UCF does not. Seeing this as a problem I had them re-sent this past monday. Still no record. Overnighted them last night to UCF. they better have them by monday or else I give up and UF becomes choice 1

It’s so hard to not lose hope for UCF through this. USF and FAU both received mine with absoloutely no problem.

I mean as for feel thats why ucf was my number one choice+location, barely outweighing the fact uf has the program I will be applying too after my masters. now it looks like I wont even get a response lol

I know what you mean. But UCF blew every other school out of the water for me. When I visited I felt like I 110% belonged there and I just loved everything about it. It was a perfect fit, and I still feel like it is. The admissions just makes this stressful time even more so.

Does anybody how long it approx. takes UCF to put mailed transcripts into myucf? They have had it processed for a little over a week now, but have not updated it in myucf.
Thanks

they told me anywhere up to 15 days, so i just overnighted mine

If its processed your straight. me and as21 havent even had notification that they recieved it lol

I still find this so weird. Something is not adding up-ucf should have received both your transcripts long ago.

and Its not just us either. I go to PHUHS and my friend goes to Osceola HS and he sent his the monday after I sent…still no word to him either…

Maybe they actually do have them, but just haven’t updated the account? I’ve seen from posts in the past where they had the transcript the whole time, and never updated the account. Have you called?

That’s definitely true. I’ve already been accepted, but it still says one of my transcripts has not been received. Obviously they have them or I wouldn’t have received a decision, but they still haven’t updated my account.

so jordynelle are you saying its possible for admissions to still make a decision even when transcripts are there but not updated as received?

It seems so. I was accepted on Friday, 9/23, and it still says the transcripts for my dual enrollment classes at the community college haven’t been received. The transcripts were sent electronically and showed as being downloaded into UCF’s system on the community college end. However, when I called UCF, they insisted they hadn’t received them. So, I sent a hard copy with delivery confirmation. It was confirmed as delivered before I was accepted. I was then accepted, but it still shows as not being received on myUCF. There’s obviously a delay in updating accounts.

My D called admissions and they told her not to send in dual enrollment transcripts as they are not needed. Additionally, classes taken show up on her high school transcripts. Maybe they don’t show them as having them since they don’t need them.

In my case, I’m not a public school student and my dual enrollment classes do not show up on my transcript. After I filled out my application, UCF listed the schools I needed to obtain transcripts from, the community college I take DE classes at listed as one of them. So I assume they would have been needed in the decision making.

I have called every other day to see if they have recieved them and every time i just get a please keep waiting… I sent all my USF stuff in AFTER my UCF and i’m already accepted for fall at USF. talk about irritating

sifanatic, try writing them a nice email. they have always answered mine within 24 hours and i actually got an email from the dean of admissions so you won’t get stuck with someone who doesn’t know what they’re talking about. i overnighted mine last night and they got there at 10 AM today (i only know because i tracked them on the usps website) but still nothing on myucf.
