<p>I still have not received my September ACT score. They arent online and customer service has been dragging me around.</p>

<p>After getting the run around from customer service, we emailed the VP. Here is their response.
"We have located your
son's answer document and found he made an error in gridding his matching
information on that document. This resulted in a "mis-match" between the
answer document and his registration record. That is the reason for the
delay in posting his scores. We have made the correction to his record
that should allow it to match in the next run, and that should make his
scores available for viewing yet this week."
They told me to call if I dont get them by Friday!</p>
