Still Waiting for UCSD Acceptance?

oh so you cannot see the message like mine, clueless, some said that the message s a good sign, others said it meant your application has been reviewed and you ll get the notification soon by mail (doesnt imply the decision), wth ...

iambianca what message do you get when you click the link to the virtual advisory center?

stillwaiting15 can you give me the link to virtual advisory center, where is it?

when you log in to tritonlink, check out the path on the upper left conner, is it UC San Diego > Current Students > My TritonLink or UC San Diego > Prospective Students

https://aventeur.ucsd.edu/students/vac/

and if that doesn't work, go to the tritonlink and it should be on the left hand side under tools
and it's UC San Diego > Current Students

i got the message

The Virtual Advising Center Shows that you are an incoming student that has either not enrolled in courses or paid fees yet. You should use the UCSD Undergraduate College Orientation system http://newstudent.ucsd.edu to ask your questions to an advisor. You can do this through the E-advising section on the Enrollment tab. If you are unable to enter the Orientation System you should contact your Undergraduate College.

do you think it's anything significant?

until now, we have at least 3 people being able to see that message, UCSD applicants should do that and cross check, hopefully it s not just a default message

can you use PID and password for myapplication.ucsd.edu to log in to WebMail here https://acs-webmail.ucsd.edu/squirrelmail/src/login.php

no, i cant and i see all the messages that could indicate acceptance

ummm well i don't have a username and it's not allowing me to make one yet
OR i'm just doing this all wrong

i wonder what it means if it even means anything
anyone not see that message?

chance is very slim, as soon as you are admitted, you will be create a WebMail acc, so i guess if you are unable to use WebMail, they havent made the final decision for your appl yet, or it would be bad news

You can use PID A0xxxxxxx as username and the same password of Tritonlink to log in
"If you are a new incoming undergraduate who last set your password through TritonLink or MyApplication a long time ago and it does not seem to work to access your ACS email account, it may be that the original password you set was not secure enough to be used for your ACS account, or you may have last set your password before your ACS email account was created (which was after you accepted admission)."
