<p>hey, the wait is killing me and i was considering whether or not i should call admissions to see if i got in, which is unlikely since i'm a freshman transfer from a private university, but i have little hope i did get into ucsc. the main reason i can stand the wait is because next week i have registration for classes and housing at my current school, and i just do not want to go through the extra stress if i don't have to. but i doubt that if i call that they will give me any answer, so should i?</p>

<p>This is why I think all UC's should switch to UCB/UCLA style and release decisions on the same day.</p>

<p>Unfortunately, the UC admission offices will not release any information on the phone, looks like you've just gotta sit back and wait :/</p>

<p>I just found out today from both UCI and UCSD online that I got in. I was getting worried that I didn't get accepted because everyone else found out earlier.</p>

<p>So, just sit tight and wait a little longer. :) I don't think you have anything to worry about.</p>
