Anyone know for sure when all of us waitlisters will hear? the anticipation is killing me...even though i sent my deposit in elsewhere...i know some waitlist kids who heard from Uconn, Wake Forest, UMaryland, Providence recently...anyone know whne nova is gunna decide to let us know???

You can have my spot! I sent in my deposit to Univ. of Richmond last week and notified Nova that I wasn't coming. Good luck to all of you on the wait list.

(I'm still on the Bucknell and BC lists but dont expect to hear anything for a while and, if I did, I'm happy with Richmond - Go Spiders!!)

i'm a transfer applicant and i have to wait til after june :T

thanks full throttle...if only it was that easy. ughhh i want to hear from nova NOWWWWW!

Follow Waitlisters we have to wait until June 29th. That is the date the decisions go out!

i know a girl in my school that got off the waiting list either this week or a week ago and she had to make a decision today if she was going to attend.

are you sure JMGT? i called and they said decisions are going out this week......but by the way, does anyone know if everyone gets letters? or only the ones selected from the list?

The Villanova Waiting List is the work of the devil. This school has toyed with my emotions so much I don't even know if I want to go anymore. And believe me, I REALLY wanted to get in.

My daughter had two friends that got off the waitlist at Villanova and had to let them know by May 18th. Btw both decided to attended one was to attend Bucknell and the other Holy Cross.

My D1 visited the campus a year ago on a supposed "drive thru and get out of town" visit....and we ended up staying on campus for 3 hours, visited the LAX coach, etc..she felt very comfortable on the campus...
She applied EA to nova and bc, deferred by both, threw 4 other apps in the mail right away, 2 more to follow...rejected Tufts, waitlisted nova & bc, accepted stonehill, fairfield, college of charleston, u richmond & sent in deposit$$ to Conn Coll...
And we are still waiting to hear from bc & nova...so almost a year of waiting...and waiting..
Her 2 classmates who were accepted to nova had no intention of going there....

Anybody else get off the list yet?

my friend is STILL WAITING...

We are still waiting today as well...
Got a rejection letter from BC today....

nicole1500--I saw your D's stats and accomplishments on the BC thread and can't for the life of me figure out what BC is doing. She has done some great things. What more could you ask for? Conn. College is truly getting a gem or if I can be optimistic, perhaps Villanova??? Has anyone gotten off the Villanova waitlist? I'll keep my fingers crossed.

my daughter is a workaholic in school and out...and very social, LOVES children...great references etc...her teacher rec was a BC alum (Ap Hist...4 on test) and GC was a BC alum....so who knows??/

I think BC wants to pick the top....but the top does not pick BC

About nova, I honestly do not know...she liked the school and philly...and 2 of her classmates got in with NO intention of attending...So go figure....

Just say yes or no, schools!! And that means in Dec...!!

Go Conn Coll...Incidentally, she liked the school before she even saw it, when the reps came to visit her school a few times!!!!!!! Trust your initial gut, kids!!!!

still. waiting.

its effing ridiculous

still waiting....went to paris for a week with D1 for graduation gift.....and still nothing in the mail or on the phone...i could write a seinfeld episode about our experience with this school!

Have any of you called the admissions office to find out if they're actually going to the wait list anymore? I know they took some off in May... Does anyone know the current status?

my mom called this morning and they said they're mailing out the decisions in the middle of next week.

and novasis is weird, like it says I'm waitlisted but if I click around it says how I can order my laptop...can everyone access that part?
