Stocking Stuffers 2022 - since we’re already talking holiday gifts

Haven’t tried them myself. I wasn’t sure though what essential oils were going to do in a shower situation. If she doors to have a diffuser - unless she puts it on some hanging eucalyptus or something. I have read that you need to place them not in direct steam of water .

Doesn’t really fit in a stocking but…I am looking to order the Wordle box game. Our entire family plays it and since it is 2-4 players it would be good to gift to H or either of our kids.

Glad I wasn’t the only one. I followed the directions but it was disappointing.

I’m considering a couple of these for ds for stocking stuffers:

The bag tags are cute. I just bought a few of these wine slushy mixes in different flavors. I figure on their own they can be stocking stuffers or if I want to make them into a gift I can give them with whichever alcohol goes with the mix. This company has so many other little cocktail kit type gifts that could be used as stocking stuffers as well.

I like the bag tags. We have used something similar for many years. My brother gave us luggage straps as a gift. They’re bright yellow with our last name in bold letters on them. Our first reaction was “huh?”, but we’ve used them for probably 20 years. It has made baggage claim a breeze when so many bags look the same…and were especially useful when we traveled as a family with little kids. You can be juggling so much after disembarking from a plane. We didn’t care that it looked a little strange. It definitely was a stress reducer for many a trip.

The bag tag may be a great improvement, but I’ll include links just in case people are curious.

Oh and I’ll put in a thumbs up for AirTags. We used them on our last international trip with one connection. It was wonderful knowing our bags were on the plane.

On the topic of luggage tags…years ago I bought them for stocking stuffers (and one for myself). Chose a different color for everyone so I picked a pretty emerald green for me. Then remembered my luggage is red. It was actually a good choice. There are lots of red bags on the luggage carousel, but mine is easy to see with the green tag.

I love orange chocolate so the Terry’s chocolate orange intrigues me…how much should that cost? (Trying not to get ripped off if I get them as presents). TIA!

About $3.99. Trader Joes makes a similar one for the same sort of price.

I had a lot of trouble using my earbuds and my comfy neck pillow together on flights (neck pillow kept knocking out my earbuds), so I found this. Sound quality is not quite as good of course, but it is SO much more comfortable than wearing earbuds for a long flight. I also sometimes use it at night. I gave one to my daughter before her recent fight to Europe and she raved about it so now everyone is getting one in his/her stocking this year.

If you live in the land of Rite Aid, the Terry’s Chocolate Oranges will be two for $6 on Black Friday, and you get back a dollar in Rite Aid bonus cash. They’re similarly priced at most supermarkets/Walmart/Target.

If you have a World Market near you, I find that they have amazing items for stocking stuffers (you could order online). I shop their international foods section and pick up lots of fun things that everyone enjoys. Here’s a link to their “minitures” section, which has lots of stuff. That said, I have a lot more fun just walking up and down the aisles.

Here’s their link for seasonal food stuffs. Favorites in our house! You can sort by what you’re interested in.

I just ordered 4 Apple Tags from Amazon for $77, instead of $99 before. I will give one to each of my kids and their SOs. Good for tracking suitcase and even pets (or people  ).

For less than $2 each, these seemed like a nice little stocking stuffer

These are fantastic! We bought them years ago for a hiking trip to Glacier. I used it to keep sweat off my face and to keep my ears warm - all in one hike! Also awesome for wearing under bike helmet.

Bought two today, one for the kid’s stocking and one for us. Love Penzey’s!

I don’t have experience with these myself but my two adult nieces were raving about this line of products yesterday so I bought a coupon of each of these for stockings for my kids/spouses.
