Yea, just received a email yesterday from stony brook, telling me to check portal about my decision. Yeah!! I made it, I actually think that stony brook is getting competitive each year especially they tend to focus on more of high stats students.

@Casey1998 Nope, im an international student and go to a private school. Maybe they were more interested in the program I took and my ecâs.
@likz123 I donât mind sharing! I have a 98.2 weighted gpa (school doesnât calculate UW), class rank 12/106, I took pretty much all AP classes. I donât remember if I sent my ACT or not but I got a 32. I definitely sent my two SAT scores, the superscore was a 2300 with a 750M 750CR and 800W. If it makes any difference Iâm a girl and I did a lot of outreach work in my community to get more girls involved in computer science, so thatâs what my essay topic was. Hope I helped and good luck!

@sbuadmissions so i applied eop earlier then my friend and he already received the email asking for his financial documents like 2 weeks ago. if i didnât get the email, does that mean i was pushed to regular?
itzkillerc, I think they initially email you that youâre academically approved for EOP first and then ask you to send them your documents. I would also check solar on your to do list if you need to send any documents. Their priority deadline I believe is March 1st for the documents.

April 1, everyone. Weâre getting through things as quickly as we can, but it does take time. Next round of EOP notifications should be next week.

Still have not get a decision yet. No rejection or acceptance. Does that mean I got reject? Or acceptance still coming out
@shinvalor read the thread. SBU admissions has said multiple times (this is also on emails and their website) that decisions are rolling until April 1. It is February. You are not rejected, just have patience and a decision will come
I heard that many decisions are given on Fridays, so hopefully tomorrow if the assumption is true!!!
