<p>IS this for New York residents only, i am form NJ can i apply and when is the deadline as well as the minimum SAT score for the program.</p>
<p>The minimum SAT score is 1350/1600 and the deadline is Dec 31. But you have to apply to the college before Dec 1. You should just check out SB's website.</p>
<p>I don't believe its restricted to NY, but its a state school so there is obvious preference, and I think there is only 6-8 spots open.</p>
