Stony Brook vs Queens College for computer science

Hi so i always wished to pursue a career in computer science, possibly as a software engineer( which i want really really bad) but unfortunately for a variety of reasons i did ended up applying only to Cuny Baruch College, which does not have a computer science major but only a computer information systems major which i am not interested in. I even checked and you can't take any programming class until you declare your major, which you can only after you finished your core and business pre-requisites. So basically i am planning to transfer after my first semester to Suny Stony Brook, which has a fantastic computer science program ranked top in the country. However i heard that until you don't have 24 credits they want to see my HS gpa and SAT score, which are not that good but not bad. if i don't get in i will be stuck in Baruch college until i complete 24 credits, so i will transferring after 3 semester without taking any computer science class so i will not be able to finish school in time. My other option is to apply also to Queens College this semester and go there, although i don't know how bad or good their CS program is but i know they are not accredited. So i really don't know what should i do???? I can apply for the next semester to stony brook, if i don't get in i will apply for the fall of next year and if i don't get in i will apply when i have 24 credits a solid GPA. Or if i don't get into stony i will go to queens this semester, which 90% i will get in and continue my BS there because i can't really mentally transfer more than once.

So what do you think i should do i am really desperate right now????
also my SAT scores are:

R 570
M 610
W 550

My gpa is around :3.3/3.4

I know they are pretty low but again is because the personal reasons i mentioned before
