Stony Brook vs UB for Business

I was thinking of transferring schools. I am currently a freshman at UB. I wanted to transfer because SB is closer to the city whereas I feel that UB is too far. Another reason I want to transfer to SB is because there are some problems I have with some people that are also attending UB. I know transferring should not be only these reasons but what do I have to lose if SB might be better? I am also currently in EOP. If I applied as an EOP transfer student would I have to go through the EOP summer program again?
Also, since I am a business major, is SB decent for business or is UB better?
And how are the student activities at SB? IS campus usually boring or is there always a lot going on?

Also, would Binghamton be the overall better choice?

Binghamton would be a better choice. Transfer to Binghamton’s EOP and I don’t think there is summer program for transfer students.
