<p>Hi guys, so i think i will be attending stony brook's college of business. but i havent heard much about it. I know stony's known for science and a lot of people are telling me their business program is unheard of. But i was wondering if anyone knew a bit about their business program. good? bad? professors?</p>

<p>All i know is that their MBA program is brand new and unranked- been around for about 4(?) years. I dont know about their undergraduate business degree.</p>
<p>I wouldn’t I can give you firsthand experience graduated May 2009 if you go to stony brook your better off majoring in math or engineering or go to a real business school any of the SUNY has better business schools than stony. No legitmate recruiters come to stony brook to recruit from the program all are government and sales representative jobs. The business school is also unaccredited. I would have never went to stony brook for business but i went in as undeclared. Also you can forget it if you want to do accounting cause they do not have a CPA program. There business program is unranked, and unaccredited . And dont think I am a disgruntle student trying to flame the program cause I am not I am currently a CPA candidate no thanks to stony brook had to take classes at Pace University. I am not saying you can’t get a job from stony brook but why make things more difficult I would only go here if I couldnt get into any other business school in New York.</p>
