Has anyone ever heard of this? It's a summer research internship at the Stowers Institute for Medical Research in Kansas City. Stowers is definitely legit, and I applied to this internship... Even got an interview, which I think went okay so I'm crossing my fingers to get accepted in April.

But I was wondering if anyone knows more about it or has done it before. More info than they have on their website would always be nice :)

@Aurora132231, Did you get the internship? If so, how was your experience.
Nah, I ended up getting rejected. Honestly in retrospect the interviewer seemed a bit rushed and he mentioned that he’d talked to several other applicants for his lab specifically, which wasn’t a very good sign. However, I was applying for this thing as a rising sophomore with less than a year of research experience, so that could have been a factor of why I wasn’t accepted. It seemed like it’d be a great program and I would apply again this year if I hadn’t already gotten a scholarship to do summer research at my own college.
