I keep seeing the whole alum network thing being mentionted on the Penn site and this msg board. So how good is this alumni network really? Anyone have any stories or examples or personal experieneces with this network?

That’d be really cool to hear.

skierdude1000, is this the same thing as a legacy? I'm curious too.. hmm..

Alumni network just means the group of people that have graduated from Penn. Wharton has the largest alumni network of any business school because it's graduated 81,000 people. These alumni often help other graduates get jobs since they're represented in many firms.

It's not the same as legacy. A legacy is a child of an alumni.

I thought he was talking about Alumni connections that would help him get into undergrad schools. Oops!
