Strength of EC's for Ivies

Hi :) I'm applying to a few Ivies next year, and I'd like to see how my EC's stack up. I found some of my interests later, so I don't have as many long commitments as I'd like. I've been active in the EC's I found though. Here they are:

1) Writing and Research for Local Marsh (10-12, 8 hrs/week) Summer + school year
• Started an interview project to collect memoirs
• Helped with grant writing
• Did some pamphlet writing
• Research on Marsh problems (algae, pollutants, etc)

2) Writer's Club (11-12, 3 hrs/week) School year
• Publicity 11, 12
• Designed a website for the club
• Scholastic Art and Writing Silver Key, PTA Reflections 3rd place

3) Cross Country (9-12, 10 hrs/week) Summer + school year
• Varsity 10, 11, 12
• MVP 10, 11. Most Improved 11.
• Helped at middle school meets

4) Lab internship (10-11, 25 hrs/week) Summer
• Researched acupuncture
• Created a website for the center of Integrative Medicine

5) Track (9-11, 10 hrs/week) school
• Coaches Award 10
• Most Inspirational 11

6) Chess Club (11-12, 1 hr/week) School
• Founder and president
• Played chess against California Academy of Math and Science
• Tutored middle schoolers

7) Chinese Culture Club (9-12, 1 hr/week) School
• ICC rep 11
• Raised items for a yearly drive for poverty kids

How strong are my EC's? I'm aware that I joined some of them later (Writer's Club in 11th grade). The Marsh, Cross Country, and Track are my main EC's with 3+ years. However, I enjoy my EC's, and I'm confident that I can write well about them. There's nothing I can do now, but I'd like to see some opinions.
