<p>okay, well when i get stressed, i breakdown. it happens every time. EVERY TIME! does anyone have any good ideas to help eliminate stress and techniques they use when they get stressed.</p>
<p>oh and time managment, uhm, i have a bit of an issue with that too... i think? i know i could probably search it and find answers but the top of my page says i haven't posted in a long time, plus it makes me feel good when people answer my question lol.</p>
<p>so please HELP ME! i need to learn to manage my time and stress! AHH </p>
