Stressed about Transferring(Help)

Hello guys, i just have a few questions/recommendations to ask.

I am currently living in North Carolina and i am in my second year at a community college. As of right now i only have 15 credit hours because mainly my first year i had to take a bunch of classes that did not count as credits. But i am currently in my fall semester right now, and currently taking 12 credit hours. But as of right now my gpa is only a 2.5 because i received a D in my BIO class last spring. All of my other classes i have gotten either an A, or B. But i plan on retaking that class in the spring, if i do this, then it would drop me down to only 23 credit hours. Which brings me to my conundrum.. I really want to transfer into Seton Hall next fall, but it says on their website that you have to have at least 24 credit to transfer without having to send your high school transcripts.. I really do not want to do that because i struggled in high school and did not take it seriously. Which i regret!!

On Seton Hall's site, it states that the deadline for transfer apps are June 1st. If i wait to apply for the fall when my spring semester ends (May 4th) i fear that me waiting so long to apply will hurt my chances of getting in.

Any advice? I could really use some right now. I also plan on applying to Rutgers, and UNC-Wilmington. My goal is to get at least a 3.0 gpa which i believe is doable. Plus i have a few extra curricular activities i am involved in, and also donate money to my school.

Sorry that i wrote so much, any advice would help!!

Does you school offer online courses during the long Dec/Jan break? If so, take an online course during that time frame.

Unfortunately no.
