Stressing out- Help!

Hi all. I recently got rejected from UCD and was in shock. I have a mediocre GPA (3.59) and a semi-decent SAT score (1790) but I have excellent EC (4 Yrs Varsity Football and volunteering). I have applied to UCI and UCSB and I am very worried about my status to these schools. If I have been rejected from UCD, is there a good chance that UCI/UCSB could result in the same response? I have gotten into Fresno State (not a suprise), if this ends up being my only acceptance, should I just go to community instead? Has anyone here had any experience with Fresno State? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry about the rejection. Its really hard to guess why will happen

What is your major? Why did you apply to Fresno State? Depending on your major, a CSU may be best for you, so don’t rule it out.

You could always try appealing the decision. Good luck with getting in to your schools! I hope you get in! (I’m really not being sarcastic or anything.)

Thanks guys! I’m planning on majoring in Bio. What exactly do you mean appealing the decision? Thanks for the help!

appealing honestly seems like a long shot, but if you really really want to go to the school, try it. basically tell the school some new information about yourself, maybe grades, or some achievement that might get them to take another look and accept you.
look at the bottom of this page, tells you how to appeal

Hi, I have got an offer from CSU, Fresno for CS Program? Will you please suggest me about CSU, Fresno. How good is the CS Program for MS? Your help will be greatly appreciated.
