Stressing out on admission chances! Please help?

'm a senior and I have a 3.2 unweighted GPA with a 23 ACT. I will be taking the September and October ACTs so there is a possibility I could increase my score if needed. I also did Key Club Junior and Senior year and I also have around 30-40 hours of volunteering. My Top college choices are Northern Illinois University, University of Illinois at Chicago and DePaul University. (in state if that makes a difference)
I really want to get into one of these Universities so what do you guys think my chances are? How much should I improve my ACT score to guarantee admission?

Also I forgot to mention
-I only have 2 AP classes (AP Human Geography and AP psychology)
-5 on AP psych exam
-1 dual credit class (anatomy and physiology)
-4 years of math, 4 yeas English, 5 years social studies and 5 years of science.
-2 years foreign language

My highschool does not rank btw.

Hey man Im no expert by any means as Im a senior as well but I think that improving your hours to well above 100-150 will give your stats a little bit of a bump.

But do you think my act and GPA are okay?

I’m not sure I’ve mostly researched schools in Florida which is my home state have you looked at the average Gpa’s that the schools accept? Also try taking the SAT in October i know for me it was was much easier to get a better score by simply taking a different test. A 23 on the ACT is probably going to be on the lower side for the vast majority of colleges. Again Im just a senior like you not an expert Im just basing this off my research.

Averages
DePaul—is 3.56
NIU-is 3.15
University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign- is 3.59
Do with that info what you wish my fellow student.
