<p>I heard that the location of Penn was dangerous as hell..and that Philadelphia's rate of crime is rising every single year..is it true ?</p>

<p>Don't worry about it. I go to school practically in East Cleveland, one of the worst cities in the US for crime. As long as you have some street smarts you shouldn't have to worry about getting robbed or mugged. Plus if you're on campus, I'm sure that there is plenty enough security to prevent criminals and thugs from wandering on campus grounds</p>
