What do you think about my chances at MIT, Stanford, Chicago, Yale, and Northwestern?

I am a junior in the top 5% out of 140 at a top 20 New England private school that sends 34% to Ivies/Stanford/MIT.

I drank for the first time before homecoming a couple of weeks ago. It's not something I would do again, and I threw it out after 3 sips.
