Strong Math and Science Preps

I'm interested in going to MIT or CalTech, so I'm looking for some strong math and science schools. Any suggestions for them? Also, maybe some that are not super top tier, but boast excellent math programs. (Say, advanced college classes past multivariable calc and so on)

Thanks in advance

I honestly think Peddie’s great for math and science…

Exeter’s math and science program are considered top rate. Our math program boasts several math classes beyond multi-variable calc. Multi is considered a 540 math class, and Exeter’s math classes go up to 690. One of our teachers is also the coach of the math olympic team.

Science wise we also have a wide variety from quantum physics to nuclear chemistry. Our science facility (might sind a little biased) is second to none haha

Sorry…here’s more info about Peddie:

Math–We offer many math courses! Including: AP Stat, Advanced Abstract and Applied Mathematics, Introduction to Dynamical Systems I: Iteration, Computation and Mathematical Sciences, Intermediate Programming Lab, Advanced Seminar in Computer Science, and Independent Project in Computer Science. One teacher designed a calculator with HP!

Science: Sorry other schools, but Peddie’s science facility is top-notch. Honestly, it’s one of the best in the country. Built in 2005, the building is both large and eco-friendly. We have an aquaponics garden! There’s a DNA splicing lab, and there are 12 genius boards (MIT only has 4). Some classes you can take are:
Inorganic and Physical Chemistry
AP Chemistry
Quantitative Chemical Analysis
Experimental Organic Chemistry
Microbiology
Spring Elective: Evolution of the universe and the emergence of life
Spring Elective: Astronomy
Spring Elective: Experimental Biochemistry
Mathematical Physics
Neuroscience and Behavior
Experimental Organic Chemistry
Physics
Physics Honors
Robotic Engineering
Advanced Research Physics
Advanced Physics C
Physiology of the Senses
The Chemistry of Art and Archaelogy
AP Biology
AP Environmental Science
AP Psychology
Biochemical Forensics I and II
Molecular Genetics

That pretty much sums up the science department. Hope that helps you!
