<p>SUNY Brockport offers free rides based on merit, "An award for freshmen is close to a "full ride" valued at more than $51,600 over four years for valedictorians or salutatorians who have a 96 or better high school average, and 1250* or higher SAT or 27 ACT score. ?</p>
