<p>How do I find out what is the strongest program for each college? Any website?</p>

<p>That's one place to look, but it's not extremely helpful. It's over 10 years old, and it doesn't include LACs. </p>

<p>Get a copy of the Fiske Guide; it lists the strongest programs at each school.</p>
