Hi there, I am finally complete my full list of colleges, where I want to apply. But now little bit confusing about best departments for undergraduate. Could someone rate them, from graduates and current students points of view?

Does it matter? There are many top ranked programs at UMich, however, it is not easy to compare apple to orange. What really matters is your interest and capability.

This link includes some departmental rankings. Overall, the university has 100 programs in the top10 nationally, with 40 of those programs residing at the undergraduate level.

In a recent year (2013?), Princeton review ranked the school 6th for undergraduate teaching. Likewise, Kiplinger ranked the school in the top10 (6th?) for best value for cost.

Michigan’s lowest ranked department is Biology, which is ranked #19 in the country. Just to get a sense of perspective, the University of Wisconsin, which has awesome programs in the Life Sciences, is ranked #18. Penn and UCLA are tied with Michigan at #19. Brown, Emory, Northwestern, Rice and Vanderbilt, all of which are known for their Life Sciences, are ranked out of the top 25. As such, Michigan does not really have a weak department or program. Its strongest fields are (in alphabetical order):

Anthropology
Business
Classics
Earth Sciences (particularly Geology and Paleontology)
Engineering (including every subfield)
History
International Studies (not the same as International Relations)
Languages (particularly European and Asian)
Mathematics
Music Performance
Nursing
Philosophy
Political Science
Psychology
Sociology

In all of the fields mentioned above, Michigan is truly elite (ranked in or around the top 5 nationally).

Michigan is also very strong (top 20 in the nation) in the following fields:
Architecture
Biology
Chemistry
Computer Science
Economics
Education
English
Physics

When you add the fact that Michigan has a top 10 Law School and a top 10 Medical School, you realize just how deep Michigan really is academically.
