Structural Engineering Graduate Funding Odds

I’m a an undergrad majoring in Civil Engineering at Utah State University (not the most renowned engineering university) and I’m wondering what my odds are as far as getting a significant amount of research funding for a Structural Engineering degree for the following schools:

University of Washington
Washington State University
University of Texas (Austin)
UC Boulder

My GPA is 3.92.
I haven’t taken the GRE yet, but I am expecting to get around 60th percentile based on my practice test scores.
I don’t have the strongest relationships with the faculty members at this University, as I have pretty much failed to cultivate a relationship with professors thusfar. My professors know me and and know I do well in their classes, but that’s it.
I have industry experience (2 internships) and experience in manufacturing.
I am not a member of any clubs here at USU.

That’s really a better question for each department, as the amount of funding available via TAs will depend on the department and via RAs will depend on the specific advisor.
