Structural Engineering MS or MEng - where to apply

I'm hoping to pursue an MS or an MEng in structural engineering. Given my stats (shown below), what chance do I have of being accepted to, say, a top 10 school such as Stanford, MIT, Berkeley, UIUC, VT, Cornell, GT, Purdue, or UTexas? If I'm aiming too high I'm open to suggestions for more suitable programs.

Stats:
Undergrad: WPI, BS in Civil Engineering, 3.5 GPA, 750Q. Took part time grad classes at Northeastern with A's in advanced stuctural analysis and structural dynamics. Three years of work experience for a very good structural consulting firm. I've worked on a variety of projects involving seismic analysis, finite element analysis, design, and even fluid dynamics - all for nuclear power plants.

I would say you are pretty competitive, while your numbers are about average, your 3 years of experience will definitely help you out. IMHO, schools like to see working experience for master degree because you got so much more understanding of the material from work than from classes. you certainly have a shot at the top schools, just don’t expect to get any fellowship though.
