struggling already

How do you guys handle such a heavy courseload. I'm taking ap chem, ap calc ab, ap econ, and two other college level courses and I'm already hitting it hard. I'm probably going to drop ap econ, as easy as it is, for an elective like art or something along those lines. It's my senior year and I just don't want to study. Even when I study it feels like I'm getting no where. And don't give the whole, "time management advice." On the first day of school we got homework and I went straight into after school and I still didn't finish!

I can't imagine taking 5+ ap's along with ec's. you guys amaze me.

As you've said, drop some courses and relax. You were most likely the one that chose to take all those courses (unless you have one of those parents...), so as harsh as it sounds, you'll have to deal with it.

What do you do during class? Those ~6 hours a day can be easily utilized as valuable do-homework-for-your-next-period time.

uh. I pay attention to the teacher in class. I'm one of those learners that needs to hear and see things to understand. ugh. I don't know why I'm complaining. Like you said, I set my self up this way. It's because I see you people taking a billion ap classes and you people are so well rounded, I feel the need to step up my game.

Thanks! :]

But really, if you don't feel comfortable taking these classes, you should drop some of them to easier classes. Not everyone, well, really... hardly anyone can handle taking all AP classes and tons of ECs and stuff like that.
I also pay attention to the teacher in class, but sometimes you have to realize when you really do already know what's being covered and you have time to do homework/study/stuff instead of listening. I rarely do homework outside of class [except maybe.. projects and stuff] and I have 6 APs this year. Also, if you have a good amount of time to get to your next class [i.e. too much time lol] go ahead and get to your class early and do work/study then. Our school has 6 minutes between each class because of the HUGE number of students and the huge size of our campus, but luckily my classes are close together and I always have extra time.
