Stuck at school before transfer letters are sent out

undecided:
good idea about the party with a big banner saying "'I wish I was anywhere else"

The great thing is that a banner like that, with a pre-advertised party, would get a whole lot of people for various reasons.

There'd be people there because they don't like UCSC and wanted to go somewhere else. There'd be the radicals who are trying to get the university shut down. There'd be the anti-war protestors who'd rather be Canadian citizens. There'd be the transcendental hippies who are hoping for life on another plane. Probably some other groups who would show up whose crazy schemes I have yet to hear about, too.

It would be kickin'. >_>

haha TRUE!
then it should say, I wish I wouldnt be here in UCSC! :D :D
is it the same people gonna show up? :D

Same concept. I imagine the clerical/service workers would set up a protest, too. They're doing (another) protest on Thursday which will involve no buses, limited janitorial services, etc -- they're basically not going to show up to work en masse. I'm sure they'd do it again for a party!
