current i have a liberal art degree that doesn't really help me get a job. and i check with financial aid office at school and they told me no FA for second bachelors and i'm not qualified for master degree admission at this time. bachelor's like easy to get in with less restrictions than master. but if no financial aid, what the heck are you supposed to do?

is there some FA source that funds a second bachelor, man i feel so bleak? :(

You may be able to take out unsubsidized loans, but again, this is something to verify with the financial aid office. Many people in your situation get some kind of job to pay the rent, and then study part-time at a local community college in order to re-train in a new field. Would that work for you?

I agree with happymomof1. Check out your community college and see what sort of training programs they offer. Honestly, there aren’t many BA’s you can get in any field that will reliably lead directly to a good job. Maybe Accounting… but if your were interested in something like that, community college classes would be a great place to start. You can take just a class or two, and work at any kind of job to help pay the costs, they also have classes at night, online, etc.

Your BA will be useful to you, though. Once you get some marketable skills, the fact that you have those PLUS a college degree will make you a stronger candidate for most jobs.

What about law school? Interested?

If not, how about teaching? You could get a credential, teach, and if interested, get a masters and go into administration.
