<p>I don't think this is the case, or at least it wasn't. While I think they give credits for music lessons, labs and PE classes were zero credits.</p>

<p>Labs are definitely for credit, as are faculty-directed music ensembles and individual lessons. I know someone who had to get approved for overloading because her particular labs (she was double-labbing) were 2 credits each. You're right about pe (though some dance classes are 1 credit but DON'T count as a pe class, rather an Arts and Lit distro), but my point was that you can take additional classes; you're not just limited to 3.</p>
