Contact the Ombudsman at UM: https://ombuds.umich.edu/. Explain to them that you feel lost and need their guidance in figuring out what you can do to minimize the impact of what is happening. They may not be able to make things better, but they can help you find the right people to talk to so you can get the advice you need.
