I'm enrolled in the FWSP, and I was wondering if some alumni can tell me whether it's a good idea to apply for another(or more than two) job(s) at Rutgers. I was thinking doing the Rutgers Telefund; is that a good choice or is it hyped up?

I did the phonathon at my other school. Would you feel comfortable asking people over the phone for money? I certainly didn’t. =/

On the other hand, I heard the Rutgers Telefund is one of the best paying jobs on campus.

they do pay people well over there (9-10 an hour, i thiiiiink. correct me if i’m wrong) but most people seem to quit within one week. it certainly isn’t the most pleasant job.

and i don’t really know if you really should have more than two jobs. it’s going to be very time-consuming, and you’ll have classes and enough schoolwork to take up most of your time. but i do have some friends who take 21 credits a semester and work three jobs. it all depends on you, i guess. maybe hold off on another job until you get the swing of things, like next semester or even the one after that? that would be my suggestion. you don’t want to be toooooo overwhelmed your first semester. best of luck!
