Student Football Tickets

I ordered my daughter season football tickets but she has not received them yet. Someone mentioned that the season pass is somehow coded into the student ID.

Can anyone help me out? Also, how do the parents pick up their football tickets for the parent day? Any info on parking? I have heard that it is super hard to find parking.

Thanks.

When I ordered D's season ticket, I understood it to say that it would automatically be on the SCard (I had to enter her student ID number when I ordered) and they would use that for admission. I don't know when we get the parent football tickets.

Yup, students don't get tickets for football games. They need to bring their ID card to the game, and that allows for entry into the student seating zone. Their entrance is near the Science Museum.

My s asked about the football tickets cause he never received the second email to confirm and they told him that they would be added onto his USCard after they get confirmation that he has registered (he just registered Aug 19).

They are supposed to send the parents' football tickets in the mail if you order them before Sept certain date.

When will I receive my tickets?
All tickets are mailed by the USC Ticket Office. If your ticket order is received prior to September 27, your tickets will be mailed to the address provided on your Trojan Parents Weekend registration form or your tailgate picnic order form. If your order is received after September 27, your tickets will be held at the USC Ticket Office in Student Union 100. You or your student (with Photo ID) may pick up the tickets at the ticket window until three hours prior to the game. After this time your tickets will be at Will Call on the south side of the Coliseum, Gate 4.

What if I do not receive my tickets?
Contact the USC Ticket Office at (213)740-GOSC.

Thank you all so much for the information!

Any parking suggestions if we are not tailgating????

The USC Parking Center (on the other side of the 110) is probably the easiest. There's no parking on campus on game days (unless you arrive ridiculously early) and the parking center has trams that run continuously direct to the Coliseum. It's $20 per car, and it does fill up sometimes, so it's worth arriving a bit early.

On game day, would it work to ride the trams from Downtown instead of trying to park on campus? Do they run reliably, and on a Saturday? With the price we'll pay to park at the hotel, it seems a little crazy to also pay $20 to park at USC for a few hours.

i'd also like to know how we get to and from (Holiday Inn), especially after the game, wouldn't it be bumper to bumper traffic?

If you are staying at the Holiday Inn downtown, they will have shuttle buses to take you to campus, and then pick you up after the game on a side street by the Memorial Coliseum. You will have to be sure to sign up for them when you arrive (ask at the Front Desk). They leave at various times prior to the game.

The game last year was in the afternoon, so we met our son after the game for dinner and then took a taxi back to the Holiday Inn.

The shuttles are free for Holiday Inn customers.

Anyone else watch USC trounce UVA today? Wow!!! Fight on!

thanks Mom_of _Three, I'll check if they still have the shuttle this year. Actually, I'm still waiting for confirmation of my hotel reservation. STA says that it won't be sent out until about a month before our stay.
