Does anyone who currently attends USC tell me what they like to do for fun on/off campus? What are some traditions that USC has for students? Of those traditions, which are the best?
I'm applying to USC and I come from a small private boarding school in Texas. I've only been to LA once and I'm not sure what people do there for fun.

Off campus…
Beaches, mountains, desert, Hollywood, Disneyland, Catalina Island on the SC boat, LA Kings, LA Dodgers, Staples Center, Disney Concert Hall, theaters, art galleries, LA Live complex, museums, bookshops, Rodeo Drive shopping,
historic churches, temples, synagogues, Greene and Greene House, Descanso Gardens, film previews, Exposition Park, restaurants, Griffith Park Observatory, arboretum and more.

The sunny climate makes it possible to enjoy sports all through the year including jogging, swimming, soccer, tennis, volleyball, sand volleyball, hiking, surfing, scuba diving, sailing, rock climbing, riding, surf fishing, basketball, archery, skateboarding and just enjoying the beach.

Of special interest are the Norton Simon Museum in Pasadena, the Huntington Library and Gardens and the Getty Museum.
