Hello, I’m going to be starting college this coming fall and will be going for Computer Engineering (although may switch to EE, not that this matters) and because of this major, I am looking to be as efficient as possible. Therefore I have done a lot of research into note taking and the different forms. I have been seriously considering picking up an Apple iPad and Apple Pencil (no, this would not serve as my primary computer) solely for notes, homework, storing electronic versions of my textbooks and studying. However, I want to hear from as many people as possible how this experience has gone for others if they have tried it before I make this very large monetary commitment. Therefore as the title states, I am wondering how your experience has been using a tablet (especially an iPad, but any tablet) as a note taking the tool in the classroom.
Also, if you looked into getting a tablet for taking notes but decided against it, please say why you decided against it. Thank you!
