Studentsreview.com Any thing to this?

As a side note about USC in response to a comment about about the "type of people" at USC:

I attended 'SC for a year and there are SO many different types of people there. Sure, you have your conservative preps in the business school and somewhat materialistic and beautiful Southern Californians in the greek scene. But keep in mind that we are also talking about California and Los Angeles--there are many liberal viewpoints at the school. In fact, I would have to say that the campus is evenly divided between liberals and conservatives. Moreover, the ethnic, cultural, and international diversity is huge. Plus, USC has many different schools within the university: Arts & Sciences, Business, Film, Communications, Engineering, Architecture, Music, Theatre, Public Policy, which means that people also have a wide range of academic interests.

In short, USC has many, many different types of people. If you are considering the school, you should not be put off by the "privileged/conservative/materialistic stereotype."

And there are many other groups of people that, for various reason, don't stop at all, further skewing the data.

Springfieldmom, I visited vault.com and checked son's school. It was right on the money. I only looked through social life, academics and admissions---but the comments echo what I've heard from son and other students.

I used them both to research schools, but then StudentReview wanted you to register (ugh!) so then I started using Vault.com exclusively. I found the posters in Vault.com seem to fall into the "in-between" categories and have a much more accurate view of their schools. StudentsReview seems to attract those who either really hate everything about their school or really love it and have no problems whatsoever.
