Hey does anybody know the admission rates of NYU's study abroad programs. Decisions are being handed out for the spring semester soon and it's killing me. I applied for NYU London which is apparently the most competitive of them all. Looking for some reassurance/some numbers so I can get a real idea of my chance of getting in. Any help would be appreciated!

I’ve honestly never heard of anyone being rejected from Study Abroad. As long as you wrote SOMETHING good for the essay and have a GPA of above 3.0, you should be fine.

what if you’re gpa wasn’t above a 3? I literally have a 2.95. I have a very good friend who just got her decision today and she was rejected from london and placed in florence. I put Paris as my second choice (I would go there if I got in) but I really want London. I wasn’t worried about it at all until she heard back and didn’t get in. I had no idea it was so competitive… merrr

@nastynate did you get your study abroad site choice? I’m applying to study abroad at NYU soon and am wondering how competitive it is too

is there a minimum gpa requirement of 3.0 for the study abroad program?
