Okay so I live in the US and I am going to study abroad in England starting January for the entire spring semester so excited and nervous. I really don't know how much money I should bring with me. What are some good ideas, if any, to budget myself without wanting to blow my money in a month when I will be there for 4 months. How homesick did you get during your stay? I know it's all different for everyone but I'm just trying to get some general ideas. And last, WHAT DO I DO WITH MY CELL PHONE? Should I bring it and unlock it or get a new cell phone while I'm out there. I know there are people in school that can help but I find it a lot better finding out opinions from people who know first hand. I'm so excited and I need to make sure I'm as prepared as I can be to make it a great trip. Thanks for helping! (:

Some people tried to talk me out of it but I feel like it's a great opportunity; there's not going to be another time in my life where I can just go to another country for school for a few months the same tuition at my school now. So many of my friends have kids and just too many responsibilities so it's shown me to enjoy being a young 20 year old while I can haha. That was just a thought but anyway, any help would be great, thanks!
