Study Abroad and Financial Form

Hi I live in Canada, and plan to study abroad. The Univerisities Im applying to require me to complete their Financial Support Forms.

The problem is that I will borrow student-loans from my Bank/credit loan companies to pay off my tuition (my family will help pay a little amount). These places im applying REQUIRE me to show in proof of acceptance from the school im going to in order to provide the finances I need. However the schools won't provide me the Acceptance letters unless I send them the Financial Support Forms. One school said that they will also lemme know by email if I get accepted but this is not good proof when applying for loans.

So therefore Im going to have to apply to the universities with Financial Forms incomplete. So what will happen? Some school also said that they won't look at the applications at all unless ALL forms are in. Do some schools allow International student to borrow loans?
