Study abroad help, tips, advice

I really want to study abroad somewhere like Australia. Theres a school, University of the Sunshine Coast that has caught my attention. They have a BEAUTIFUL beach and i really want somewhere tropical and beautiful. I have looked into and it seems great.
I am going to be a marketing major so I know they have classes i can take there but any advice about schools that are maybe tropical or something? or just your experiences of where you've gone, what you did, what schools are good for marketing/business majors? anything haha thank you!

Why not look into the University of Miami?

I’m quite familiar with the East Coast of Australia (I’ve been to pretty much all of it) and whilst the name of the university sounds attractive, it’s a new university and it doesn’t appear to have a great rep (it’s second from bottom on this league table [Rankings of Australian Universities](http://www.australianuniversities.com.au/rankings/) ) and the location isn’t that much fun - small towns miles from anywhere particularly interesting.

You’d do much better to go to a uni like Melbourne, Queensland (one of the Brisbane campuses), NSW or Sydney. Take a look at the Group of Eight too, which is a bit like an Aussie Ivy League [Group of Eight (Australian universities) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia](Group of Eight (Australian universities) - Wikipedia)
