If an OOS student participates in a Study Abroad program at Michigan, is there a reduced tuition rate?

Some state schools charge OOS students the in-state rate for semesters spent abroad, and some others charge no tuition during those semesters. Typically this is for engineering and computer science programs.

Basically, if you get transfer credits that don't have the grade, you pay the home institution (i.e. Britain or Australia) costs for tuition. If you go somewhere that has UM professors (i.e. China) then you will be charged Michigan OOS tuition.
