can anyone from midd comment on how the study abroad opportunities are in midd? which schools can we go to study a semester abroad? how are those schools?

does anyone know how many people who get into the spring semester actually go? Is there a waitlist for the spring semester?

arcadia thanks, i already looked at that site and i was just curious if midd had other partnerships with universities, like a semester in oxford etc. are there any you know of?

echoes,

"Middlebury has exchange agreements with Keio University in Tokyo, Japan and with the University of East Anglia and the University of Nottingham in England. Also in England, Middlebury has an arrangement with Lincoln College at Oxford University. "

As Dostoevsky said, Middlebury has an arrangement with Lincoln College at Oxford University, which provides the opportunity for several highly qualified students to study for the full academic year at Oxford, but does not qualify for financial aid.

middlebury is possibly the best school for foreign/study abraod programs. middlebury has extended campuses in many countries.

I'm still a freshman, but I plan on doing my entire junior abroad. One semester at the Middlebury school in Paris, and one semester at the Midd program in Hangzhou, China. There are extended campuses in something like nine countries (newest one in Alexandria), and the opportunity to go basically anywhere.
