Study Abroad Programs-Dilema

HI!

I am planning to do a study abroad program with one of my partner universities. I shortlisted 3/4. I am planning on doing CS as a major( about 80% sure). The ones which make most sense for me are:

  1. Berkeley
  2. UPenn
  3. Kings College

and maybe Yale.

I MAY also have an opportunity to go to Singularity university though my uni has not confirmed that. Which one of these do you think would be a good option for CS?

My uni guarantees housing, course allocation preference and semi-guaranteed acceptance (if the international office thinks you are a good candidate you will almost certainly get accepted).

Kings College is a 3 week one course program while the rest are 5 week 2 course programs.
